Has its pros and cons, location is a double edged sword with the frats right next door generating a ton of noise. The laundry situation is definitely pretty inconvenient being expensive and the dryers are pretty awful. But, the rent is pretty reasonably priced and management is on their game with maintenance and they’re pretty reasonable for landlord standards. If you’re a college student here definitely pay the extra in rent and get a house, but it’s not too bad at all here

I have had a great experience here at the 400 apartments. With any issues, maintenance has been quick to assess the issues and fix it. Sami is great and nice to the residents. The only downside is the limited washers and dryers and the parking. Other than that, it has been a great experience!
Me and my fiance love living at bsu Doug is awesome and Sami is very nice. The price is affordable and I will be resigning this coming year.
I am a BSU student and I lived in the 400 apartments owned by Live Near BSU, formerly RentBSU, for two years beginning in ‘21 and had ENDLESS issues. Black mold, busted pipes, stolen bikes, broken security cameras, ignored maintenance requests for the entire year we lived there, a dangerous parking lot in the winter, bogus charges after moving out, non working laundry machines, extreme disrespect, and so much more.
