Never....have I met a kinder Veterinarian, he treated my heart with empathy and understanding and my animals with knowledge. I wish for this kind of care to continue on to those in need, which hopefully will include the owners of their pets as well. I am a true animal lover.....long ago.....I found a squirrel in my yard who had been hit by a car, while crossing the street. I saw it was not dead, but could't keep it laying there....took it to Dr. Fincel , DVM and asked them to put it out of it's misery. Yes, that was me.....l... read more
I love the staff and Dr's at Four Corners. I have been taking my cats to them for nearly 20 years now.
The absolute best in Eugene. Dr. Williams is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
The staff is rude and uncaring. They refused to even look at an injured cat we brought in for emergency help. Find a different vet, folks, these people clearly do not care about animals or they would have behaved differently today.
Dr Jessie Williams and team are simply wonderful. They always make me and my furkids feel welcome and always manage to work with my crazy schedule. I appreciate that Dr. Jessie never makes me feel rushed with my questions, even if she's running behind as I know she does the same for all her clients.
Great receptionists but I was disappointed with my last visit with the woman, (don't remember her name) so much that I've changed vets. She "marketed" to me wanting to up sell me products that weren't necessary and I felt the relationship with her was never going to go well. When someone doesn't understand why I would give my dog "real" food the conversation is over for me. I paid more for the visit than they quoted me. Not happy.
I am very happy with Dr Williams and his staff. They are always very nice and professional.
