I can’t believe how poorly they treated one of Dr. Tom’s patients who has been going there since the early 80s. They saw her cat diagnosed it with cancer and sent her home with some “bandaids” such as pain meds and laxatives. The vet told us to call when these temporary measures stopped being effective. I called 5 minutes after they opened on Monday morning and was told they couldn’t see her miserable in pain blocked cat to put him to sleep till Thursday. I said Dr Tom would get her in.
