I had been seeing Dr. Nora R for two years and, until recently, the service had always been excellent. Unfortunately, this year my experience was a complete disaster. I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen, and the consultation lasted no more than five minutes. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Ten til 9am on a Wednesday, why am I on hold to shedule an appointment and my que position is "one". Must be a money laudering operation.

Every time I have to go , the long wait is non since, especially when there's only one other person sitting in the waiting room sometimes the weight is an hour and a half before they even call you back and then it's like they don't know what to do with you when you get back there so you sit and sit until they decide to come in to see you. I never had any bad experiences, I know that there are a couple of offices pertaining to 4Cs. And their appointment call center though is the issue at times, But 4Cs doctors and nurse practioners, they have been kind, patient and caring to me over the years. I am thankful that they exist. With the way the world is now. We could all do better and there still is much room for improvement. But over all, I have nothing bad to say.
