Four19 is a high-quality investor group. "High quality" because their contractors are very skilled... the houses never look like they were rushed in their renovation. They can take a house in a poor state and make it seriously beautiful! They are extremely considerate in their pricing, working with their clients on offering a very fair deal for their homes, and then listing that home post remodel at a competive price. Honest company, wonderful to work with.
