Be cautious. The brokerage prepared a contract for my fiancé’s property and left his name off the contract even though they knew he is a legal Co-owner. They listed only his brother’s name and still allowed the contract to be signed and sent to Chicago Title without the required signatures. When you pull the information from TAD, it clearly shows two legal owners on the property. The April 2026 tax bill also lists both names.
