I recently inquired about selling my house to Four19. My house has many repairs already done in it. New roof, new water heater, new kitchen and bathroom fixtures. New garbage disposal, new pool motor and light . Fixed sprinklers in the yard. Also 6 new smoke detectors. AC out side unit replaced. New Rauchio controller for sprinklers.
