Living here has been a very frustrating experience. The apartments have little to no insulation, so once winter comes the walls get wet with condensation, especially in closets, which leads to mold growing on personal belongings. During winter, snow is rarely plowed and salt is barely used, leaving the parking lot like a skating rink. On top of that, roaches are a constant issue no matter how clean you keep your apartment. La neta vivir aquí ha sido bien frustrante. Los depas no tienen nada de aislante, y en cuanto llega el invierno las paredes se ponen todas húmedas por la condensación, sobre todo en los clósets, y eso hace que salga moho en las cosas. En invierno casi nunca limpian la nieve y ni sal echan, parece pista de hielo para los carros. Encima, las cucarachas siempre están ahí aunque mantengas todo limpio. Not sure if the woman was the property manager, but I arrived the first time and she told me that there were no units available, which is fine. I made an appointment with her, but she never took down my contact information. I had a tour scheduled around 10:30 this morning today. Once I made it to the leasing office, the sign on the door said that they were closed. Their hours indicated that they are open. I was being courteous to waiting 10-15 minutes tops and still no one showed. I called the office, still no answer. This i... read more
