I was excited to see my friend’s new apartment and was severely disappointed in the quality of apartments for a new tenant. Definitely does not match the fancy renderings provided on their website. Management was extremely rude and unprofessional for the type of complex Fountains advertises themselves as. The repairs that have been repeatedly put in for maintenance are obviously not fixed and have not been in working order since before my friend moved in.
