I use this office for a few years and NEVER found another like him and his staff. We use to joke with each other while he worked which made me feel real relaxed. I have moved to PSL in 2012 and searched but NEVER found a dentist as good as him...
Excellent dentist, great office staff and Anna, the hygienist is wonderful as well.
I have been coming to Dr. Lai’s office for over 15 years now (More than half my life) and he is the first dentist that made me feel comfortable to go and see a dentist for regular cleanings. I have heard horror stories about others and have had bad experiences myself in the past, but he is always so gentle and precise when examining you or doing a procedure (he took out two of my wisdom teeth) that the pain/discomfort is manageable. I just wanted to give this office and Dr. Robert Lai for taking me in during the early stages of the pandemic. I had a wisdom tooth that was keep me up at night, the pain I had was unbearable. My daughter referred me to him and I am beyond grateful that he was able to get me in, and took me out of pain, I slept like a baby that night. Thank you Dr. Lai!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Lai's for over 7 years. I love the welcoming atmosphere and I trust his guidance on my dental needs. I highly recommend his office and I suggest asking about his internal dental option plans for those without coverage.
