I've lived here for almost a month & I absolutely love it. The staff is super friendly. It's convenient. The set up is amazing. I love how there is an elevator & I don't have to walk up flights of stairs to get to my apartment. If you have any questions Toddi or Rhonda is always happy to answer. Anna is amazing too! I'm very satisfied. �
After 20+ years of home ownership we decided it was time to downsize and moved into Fountains Matthews almost 2 months ago. We didn't know what to expect, but so far we love it! Toddi and the rest of the ladies in the office have been great, answering all our questions and making us feel so welcome. There's a great sense of community here that I never expected. Love it! Getting settled in but the place is gorgeous! Neighbors are nice! Everything is convenient and nearby that you need. Love all that they have to offer here!
Love my apartment! I've owned a home for the past 15 years so this has been a transition process for me for sure. The staff here are very professional, sweet and understanding. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home and answer all of my many questions. You definitely need to stop by if you're in the market for an apartment. Perfect area!
