I would never recommend anyone choosing this apartment complex as somewhere to live. The apartments are nice but the staff has no idea what they are doing half the time. They make it impossible for you to move out and have so many hidden fees that are not in your contract. I can’t tell you how many times in the two years of living there they changed rules on the lease without having you sign it. On top of it all the builder Greystar of these apartments has an F on the better business bureau!
I love living here. But theres a couple things I hate Many apartments have been broken into and they make you pay an extra 75 dollars to have an extra deadbolt installed. The maintenance people lied to me about one of the break ins I saw. It was 10pm and he told me a Rock flew into the window, when the landscapers were mowing the grass. Also there is no way of getting out of your lease. Even if you are dying. Also there are so many little fees that they hit you with, without even warning you.
