Fountains Matthews is a fantastic place to live! The neighborhood is great, there is a real sense of community here unlike any other place I have lived. The apartments themselves are beautiful and come with top of the line amenities. The staff here is top class, Kasey, Albert, and Kelsey are all wonderful and very professional and helpful. 10/10 recommend living here, I have been here for three years and will be here for many more to come.

I moved from NJ about 2 months ago and all I can say the costumer service at Fountains Matthews is extraordinary. The attention that they gave me and my family was phenomenal. From first visit to move in, they were very understanding and professional. I felt welcome and they really walk the extra mile to meet our needs. Shout out to my favorite people in NC... KASEY and ALBERT the best people ever. 👏🏻💯

My boyfriend and I just moved into the Fountains in September and we couldn’t be more happy! The staff has been extremely welcoming and the apartments are phenomenal. The complex is clean, quite, and safe. Kasey from the leasing office has made me feel so welcome! I’m so happy we decided to move in here.

My husband and I love our new home! ❤️ The accommodations, staff, community, floor plans, everything about The Fountains Matthews Apartments has been great so far! This is our 2nd apartment community we have lived in here in the Charlotte area, and it's been the best! They even have community activities in the club house often, which is a great way to get to know your neighbors.
I love The Fountains apartments, the apartment is beautiful and everyone is so wonderful and helpful.
I love the Fountains here in Matthews. The staff is more than helpful and lets me chat away about this and that. Always kind! My apartment is very nice and is located in the perfect area for all of my favorite places to eat and shop. Work is close by too. Even my dog has been greeted with lots of love and treats! Thanks to a great staff!
