Hard working team that will go over and beyond make their residents happy!
Working at The Fountains was the beginning of a new, exciting, and fantastic career field for me. The managers are the best and maintenance will always take the best care of the residents. I highly recommend anyone to live at the fountains and make it your home away from home! Miss everyone already!
The Fountains is amazing! Great people and a great community. You're definitely getting a lot more than what you pay for. Cheaper than living on campus too lol. And the people that work at the office are amazing. They'll take care of you, for sure.
Be warned regardless of how much you clean your apartment, they will find dust on a ceiling fan or some excuse to withhold your money from your security deposit. They will also charge you for painting it, although it is routine to paint apartments between residents. If you intend to move in here, just consider your security deposit an extra amount of money you are required to give them and accept you will likely never see your cash again regardless of how much you clean.
