Recommendednice apartments in great staff
I've lived in a one bedroom apartment here for about four years. The last year at the fountains has been a little rocky but overall a good experience. The office staff is very nice and helpful but if you run into an issue after hours you're on your own. It's important to note that this is not student housing just because it's next to the university. There are a lot of families and older residents living here so it is not a party property. The apartments themselves are in good shape and it is a very safe complex.
This is a good complex to live in! The prices are very low compared to the other apartments around the UWF area. The apartments are bigger than some of my friend's apartments. I like the office staff and the pool is nice. This is an ideal apartment complex for college kids!

I love living here in the new two bedroom apartments! It’s very modern and a great place to call home. The proximity to UWF is the main selling point for me but these apartments stood above the rest for me in many aspects. The rental rate is reasonable and many amenities are included in your rent. Maintenance is amazing and very nice and so is the office staff. The Fountains is a great place to live and I’m very happy to be living here while I complete my education.
I have absolutely enjoyed living here. I renewed my lease because I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment complexes. I couldn't ask for better office staff than Kyleigh and Alycia! Everyone (including maintenance) is super helpful and I've never had an issue with getting things resolved or done. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay that includes everything (except electric/cable) this is a great complex to live. Very safe, enjoyable, and affordable.
If you’re trying to find a place that is safe, has low prices, and is absolutely beautiful, then the Fountains is your place. I’ve stayed here for just about a year and I just renewed my lease! I have had a great experience with the office staff and maintenance l. Everyone is super helpful and they get things done quickly. I looked for an apartment for so long and finally found my home.
