Tricare beware. our child really liked the dentist and dental staff so we kept coming. They waited a year and in the middle of a pandemic to tell us United Concordia wasn't processing their bills. Then suddenly behaved like they needed the bills paid in full by us immediately after they dropped the ball. Office personnel did their best to try and embarrass us about the unpaid bills when the mess up was not us. Also, make sure your insurance covers whatever procedures they suggest before you approve. RecommendedI had a minor emergency during this pandemic. Dr. Seidman brought me in with the required cautions and was his usual jovial self. Everyone else present was smiling behind their masks. Love Fountainhead Dentistry!

We have seen all of the dentist and each one of them brings a personalized and positive experience. Alisa, has such a great energy, how can you not love her! It’s great to see the practice growing with the new addition of Dr. Lara Seidman. My daughter had a wonderful experience with her during her last visit.
