Tour My husband and I checked these apartments and the front desk was so kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of the facility and apartment. The front office was clean, calm, and smelled good. The apartment we toured also had snacks. Great updates and service staff

Wouldn’t recommend to most.. Moved in shortly after renovations were made and to be honest the inside looked much nicer with hardwood floors, but had several maintenance issues since living there. Horrible contracting staff but apartment maintenance were nice and tried to help. Leasing staff were barely ever in office and weren’t very responsive and never showed any urgency to major issues with apartment, such as ceiling leak which caused mold in the apartment... overall not the worst place to live but wouldn’t recommend to ... read more
LOVE IT!! move here I haven't been here long but I don't think I will ever move. The office staff is great and friendly. Bella really goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. I had a few minor maintenance issues when I moved in and they were ON it. Its really quiet and my neighbors are really nice. I love it here. HIGHLY recommend!
I'm going to be honest abut Fountainhead Apartments Reviews I leave there about 6 years ago . it's used to be nice Apartments . and I'm going to tell you what I see in my own eyes in this apartment, drug dealing night and a day light . there was several shot crimes , few months ago someone stealing tires of vehicles of from the apartment, trash is everywhere . and very loud kids yelling and screaming . and every weekend they rent the office area for party so good luck to find a parking lot and all those people and loud music... read more
I love it here! I have lived here for several years and have referred many people. Its a small community with the small town charm. There is Katie and Bella in the office, who are both amazing. I see Bella playing with the kids in the park after I know shes no longer on the clock, tag and hide and seek and is always around if you need anything. Katie is fair and kind. Dangers to live in fountainhead apartments I was leaving where for 3 years last year a guy got shot in his apartment and check the news if you don't believe me and the year before 3 teen boys in drugs and 2 got killed by friend when they were doing drugs. Summer time it's music every where and you can't sleep I have to call the police many times. It's was nice before but not anymore and even check the crime maps and you will know what I'm talking about
A+ Property at a C price! I've lived here since late January. Chose this community based on their pet policy; all breeds welcome. I've never been happier in any other apartment complex I've lived in. Staff is super friendly; all maintenance requests handled day made or the next day; grounds are well-kept (although the sand volleyball court needs attention!#; zero noise here #no parties, fights or drama); ample parking; units are HUGE and below what they're worth; safe and crime-free; added bonus of a dog-run is a huge plus. ... read more
Great management, location and friendly neighboorhood. Lived in Fountainhead for two years. It's a well managed community. I wouldn't of moved if I had to re-locate for a job. A great community for dog lovers!
