Don't even waste your time – The new management is horrible and has lost paperwork and refuses to talk to you about anything. I have called 20+ times and have been told I would receive a call back about how they neglected to send me an itemized list of deductions or my complete deposit back and they have still not called me back or given me any information. Convenient, horrible new management – I loved my apartment! It was small and cozy. The area I was in was so practical for all my needs. My neighbors were awesome and I never had any situation with them! Everything is in a great location. Target, Dollar Tree, Shell Station, Bus Line (Night Owl as well), Randalls, and even an Late Night Clinic is in walking distance. But the new management is horrible and I had to leave. Really turned around! – Lived under previous management and the new (current) management. Since the transition, they have actively improved each facet of the services they provide. Recommended to anyone, especially those looking for a good place for having pets.
Nasty!! – This was one of the worst examples of bait and switch I have ever seen. On my tour I was taken to a very nice apartment that looked like exactly what I was looking for. When I moved in the "identical" apartment it was nothing like what I had been promised.
