Don't even waste your time – The new management is horrible and has lost paperwork and refuses to talk to you about anything. I have called 20+ times and have been told I would receive a call back about how they neglected to send me an itemized list of deductions or my complete deposit back and they have still not called me back or given me any information. Convenient, horrible new management – I loved my apartment! It was small and cozy. The area I was in was so practical for all my needs. My neighbors were awesome and I never had any situation with them! Everything is in a great location. Target, Dollar Tree, Shell Station, Bus Line (Night Owl as well), Randalls, and even an Late Night Clinic is in walking distance. But the new management is horrible and I had to leave. Dont move here ROACHES!! – We moved here nearly a year ago and were happy paying so little and the management was friendly so we moved in. Then we noticed an immediate problem... Roaches everywhere!! The building is full of them, I talked to pest control and they mentioned the words (infestation, heavy treatments... etc) WESTWIND offers pest control services every Friday. Bed bugs? – I've lived at Oak Run for almost a year. I moved here because of the green belt and community atmosphere. I did read the bad reviews about the then current management, but I thought they were all friendly, nice and helpful during the lease process and afterwards. Rudest management ever...so sad – Wow...yet another vote for bitches in the office. What the hell??? I actually feel I am very amicable and super easy to talk with...but wow, when I keep getting cut off from explaining clearly issues that were promised to be addressed, yes, issues from previous but also discussed by the new Tramor folks, and I am being SO talked down to the whole time! Really turned around! – Lived under previous management and the new (current) management. Since the transition, they have actively improved each facet of the services they provide. Recommended to anyone, especially those looking for a good place for having pets.
Pests, filthy, very bad. – Renters Beware! I should have known that this place was going to be a nightmare upon my first visit. The front office staff seemed disorganized and put out that I was inquiring about the property. I rented an apartment because they had a pool and a gym, and it was close to work for me. Overpriced, Poor Upkeep, & The Worst Management Staff – I have lived in Oak Run for approx one year and over the course of the year I have had countless problems with neighbors and a mangement staff that could care less. Upon brining up the issues, I was treated like a criminal by the manager Heidi and was threatened with eviction. Terrible, Terrible. – I went to Oak Run to get an apartment, filled out the application and put a hold on the $200 security deposit on my card. I decided not to live there (because there are a million other better places!) and called to let them know and verify that my card would not be charged. It was. It has been a MONTH and I still have not seen that $200 back in my account. Not only that, but everytime I call, they are RUDE and I get the runaround.
