gates are always broken and when they are broken it allows thieves to come in and commit continuous crimes! They have stolen my husbands entire truck broke into my neighbors 2 vehicles 2 different times and stole the rims on 3 different vehicles 3 different times. This complex is so big and doesn’t have security. Definitely moving I DO NOT FEEL SAFE! I have since installed cameras inside and outside of my apartment.
RecommendedI love my apt. I've been here 5 months now and it was the right decision. it is quiet and safe. The gates were broken but they are fixed now. You can request maintenance online and they quick. you can also request pest control whenever you need it. I haven't needed pest control but did ask to prevent it. parking is great and there have been no issues. Lived there for 2.5 years, had pest problems the whole time that I couldn't get rid of for the life of me, water shut off without warning, gates were almost always broken, other residents would drive by with their music/bass up so loud that it literally shook a picture off my wall and busted almost everything I had on my mantle, and there was no decent access to my side of the apartment building. Parking sucks.people come and park anywhere and take away parking from the people that do live here.
Roaches and loud neighbors. Incompetent staff who ripped me off for 5 days of rent even though I said I’d be out by before the 1st in writing. I’d avoid it unless you like roaches all the time, incompetent crooks running the office and stompy neighbors who sound like rhinos.
As a resident of 3 years here, I'm getting tired of the water shutoff with no notice. Today I came home to an overflowing toilet of their water maintenance and was told that it was my responsibility to clean up the sewer water. After 2 sinkhole in the apt, I was literally months without a parking space close to my apt. There has just been so much issues and a lack of care to the residents living here. Spacious and wide complex. Great gated community makes staying there feel more secure. Free parking for all guests. Friendly staff and management. Danielle did the best job getting us approved
