I have lived here for more than a year, and our opinion about the place as well as the inhabitants was good, until today ... We were preyed upon by crime lovers, They stole my husband's bicycle, the truth is courage that they do not respect what is foreign. The safety of all tenants should be a priority

RecommendedHave lived here at Fountainhead for close to 5 years. The staff are top notch, maintenance staff respond quickly and the grounds crew keep the grounds beautiful!

I moved in April 2019 and I LOVE it here! Its very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are nice and its affordable and pet friendly! My kids go to the elementary school right within a block from here so its perfect for me and my family. Its surrounded by huge oak trees and groundskeepers keep everything looking great! No complaints for us!

24hr maintenance number doesn’t work when you have off hour emergency issue about the place. No one pick up the phone. Need to file a complaint!
