I have been living at fountain glen in Rancho Cucamonga for 10 years . I am very pleased with this facility . Patrick Valdez is awesome . He helps me a lot in all the necessary things I need and is very pleasant. Reggie and Daniel are great maintenance men . They are competent , kind, and thorough in all their jobs . I’ve been here 10 years and am very happy .
The personnel at Fountain Glen Terra Vista is very professional and helpful starting with Manager Laura she is very professional. Tanikka is a sweetheart everybody loves her. Reggie is always keeping up the place with his team. Patrick is also very professional and helpful but I don’t see him that often. Wish he was here permanently he would be a good candidate for this awesome team.!!!!!!!!!
Our request for smoke detectors issued was attended to quickly and promptly.
The maintenance request was fulfilled right away and I really appreciate it. The whole process went smoothly.
