I had no heat or air confitioning for two years. The clique that drinks alcohol until midnight in the courtyard will lie and gossip about you if you walk by. I saw them spray Lysol on Harold (Denny) because they said he smelled. Not nice neighbors at all. Management can't keep property managers. Very noisy. I couldn't sleep at night. A lot of homeless people in this area. I left and became homeless. I was beat up at this 'rooming' house. The police did nothing: Pictures reflect what I went through. Do not rent here.
Kelly Mirgeaux is extremely Cruel! They have No difficulty throwing the Elderly out into the Streets just so They can raise the Rent. Prices many of us out of our homes and into the streets and homelessness! Drug addicts and violent offenders have full rein! SEND is nothing but A POWER AND MONEY GREEDY COMPANY!! The Office manager and her maintenance man Cuz was robbing SEND BLIND! They made the tenants suffer for THEIR own Greedy mistakes! Shame! !

Do not recommend these apartments to any of your older family members. They do not care about the well being of their residents. There is no excuse for these folks to be without heat for days. Issues after issues and they dont seem to care. Shame on who ever is in charge of this place.
