I've been to a lot of orthotics places and have had varied negative experiences, but this location is a gem. Andrew was so helpful with making my AFO, remaking it when I didn't like the fit, and then adjusting my brace once I had it. Yesterday, he spent 2 hours with me, adjusting the brace bit by bit and never making me feel rushed or that he was annoyed. Almost no medical professionals that I've met would spend this much time with a patient. I'm very grateful to Andrew!
Professional, Efficient & Kind Had a great experience getting a Plantar Fasciitis boot here. The office staff was very friendly and able to accommodate my schedule with a convenient appointment time. My wait time was only about 2 minutes before I got to see Andrew, who is absolutely wonderful. He took the time to properly fit the boot to my foot and to fully explain how the device works as well as how I should use it. The original brace we got fitted for was too large/bulky for athletics and Hanger Clinic was able to do a second fitting for a new brace on the day I called. They were very nice and accommodating! We appreciated it since we needed it ASAP.
I got there at 2:15 for my 2:30 appointment and I finally got into the room around 3:00 and the doctor finally came around 4:00
