The vets and techs are absolutely amazing! They truly care for all animals and want the best for them. Dr. Morgenstern is the best vet I’ve ever worked with. My dog has recently been diagnosed with cancer and she has gone above and beyond for testing, medicine recs, and general emotional support. Cannot recommend her and the team enough!
The staff at City Way are very caring and knowledgeable. They take great care of my cats!
You can tell the technicians and vets really care about the animals. They have very good safety protocols for surgery, and I’ve trusted them with my older poodle through several teeth cleanings and cyst removals through the years. More than once, they’ve said they sit with her and comfort her, or carry her around when she gets anxious. I know she’s in good hands when I take her there.
I normally I’ve had a pretty good experience with this vet but the last encounter hasn’t been the greatest. I’ve been asking for medication for my cat for a week and a half and every time I call I’m just told that I’ll be put on the list for the vet to review.
