I could not be happier with Dr. Neyenhaus and the staff here! Our previous vet moved on and the clinic was sold and was not the level of service we were looking for. Fountain Square Animal Clinic has been extremely attentive with our elderly dog who is having a rough time. They make sure we are fully informed of all of our options and have been nothing but pleasant and professional. We will bring our other animals to them as well. They truly care and it shows!
I have been here with two different pets now, and the vets always seem to personable and caring. They really listen to concerns, in a way that hasn't happened for me at past vet offices. The entire staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, and I leave feeling good about my visit, and good about giving my business to FSAC. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy vet office!

I brought my cat, Smudge, here for the first time and had a great experience! We got her check up, shots, and blood work done within an hour. The vet assistant and doctor answered all of my questions and were super sweet as well. They were so, so good with Smudge and explained everything that was going on with her in a way that I could understand. They’re also great about getting me scheduled to come in in a quick manner! Will definitely keep bringing Smudge in for her appointments here!
We love FSAC! Just switched to taking our cats here after one of them had been missing for two months, and they were wonderful with him and our two other cats. Professional, friendly and affordable! They were very helpful in our questions and seemed very knowledgeable. Very personable and made the whole experience pain free. We can’t imagine taking our cats anywhere else now!

I feel empowered and at peace with my visit here today. I really appreciated how the staff communicated. They showed me how to take care of my cat's wound, explained stuff without dumbing it down to much or making it overly technical. I felt like I was in someone's house as a guest. They are priced reasonably and balance financial constraints and best course of treatment. Again, can't say enough about how clear the communication was.
My two kids had a great experience, they were so gentle with the handling which is very important to me. They took their time and worked at a pace that made my dogs feel comfortable. The vet took extra time to answer all my questions and we had a great discussion about future care for their individual needs.
