It's Expensive when it comes to Energy bill. Apartments are very nice and good maintenance service
I lived in 2 different apartments at Fountain Park and I loved both of them! The office staff and maintenance team were phenomenal, granted this was back in 2006 or so, but I'm sure they are still great to their residents! My apartment was older, but well maintained and the grounds always looked nice. The location was perfect for me when I was an undergraduate student. I had some pretty awesome neighbors too! I would definitely recommend Fountain Park Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.
