Recommendedmy lived there few years they very nice office. and fix anything on hes aptamemt. the only concern is clear ice and snow ealry. thanks for all you do
Service went down significantly in my second year with management change. Poor communication between office and tenants starting January 2018. Attempts to improve laundry and dumpsters were half-baked at best. Rent kept increasing with no discernible improvement to actual apartments. Electricity bills extremely high. Very bad insect and rodent infestation. Avoid.
It used to be a good place, until the management has changed. The new management is extremely rude and unfriendly. I never heard No from the management about any maintenance request until this year. If you plan to stay for a long time, I will advise you to not choose Fountain Park. When I moved in three years ago, the rent was 690. Now, the rent is 805.
As we approach the end of the month and being here now 2 full months i truly say to they who are serious about apartment hunting about a real feeling of home i truly HIGHLY recommend fountain park .the management the residents are superb.. Went shopping today.our down stairs neighbor assisted me in bringing up my groceries. That is the type of people i love living with as well around..so if your looking for a family atmosphere then come to fountain park . where the word family means just that FAMILY...
