I lived at Fountain Palms for almost 4 years. I absolutely recommend this complex. The office personnel is amazing. They can and will help you with anything. Maintenance aka Matt, goes above and beyond any property help. Any problem was fixed immediately. Top notch apartment complex!!!

We have to move every year out of state and are often forced to move site unseen. This place is by far the most misleading of all. The apartment we leased was a remodeled...or so it was supposed to be. The workmanship was horrible. We had to clean the whole place before we unpacked. I had to actually ask for paint, because the apartment looked so bad. Damaged doors that were never fixed, the appliances were not installed correctly and often did not work, the apartment smelled...Continue Reading
