I want to take a moment to rave about maintenance. When we first moved in, the maintenance was a joke and completely ineffective. Since Tony Saldano with Avenue5 took over, it's been amazing. Tony is a saint and a rockstar. He's gotten everything done, including things I wouldn't have thought of or even asked for. He's done everything from fully replacing improperly installed items, to tightening screws for which I don't have the right screwdriver head. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Spacious floor plans, confident location, and the staff of Liz and crew are just fantastic. I’ve lived here going on 5 years and hope to never have to move. Hopefully it continues to be great. Only downside is the rising rent. 😀
