The customer service is nonexistent. Unbelievable what my family has been and is still dealing with! Dodging phone calls and lying about being in a meeting when they are just sitting in their office! They owe money and refuse to pay it back or even deal with the situation at all. Sitting in the waiting room waiting for Robert or Ben to resolve this issue and they refuse to even attempt to deal with it!
Mitsubishi don't overcome objections and don't have a qualified costumer service. I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander (never again) that for a second time has the AC condensor leaking and needs replacement. I guess that company expects me to pay ever 1 1/2 year for a current malfunction that they know about it.
