Internet sales was fine until he basically acted like we were in a rollover crash from our car fax trade in Insulted the place that fixed the damage. Then asked maybe they could get my business my making it up on someone else. Who says that!! They also played the hold the keys game 🤦🏻♀️ Needless to say we left and two weeks later bought a car elsewhere! Thank you for showing me how NoT to buy a car looks

Very friendly and fast service
Purchased a MB GL 450 vehicle approx 4 weeks ago. No inspection prior to sale. Windshield wiper fluid well almost dry. Low tire pressure on test drive. Salesman had his people look at it and fill tire with air. We got it home & found screw in tire. Their service dept couldn't find a screw? A front bracket was promised (we are Ohioans) and never received. Salesman & sales manager DO NOT return phone calls or respond to emails. We were told "clean" Carfax and there is an open recall. Avoid this dealership.
Le doy una estrella porque lamentablemente no puedo ponerles cero, la peor experiencia ha sido aquí, como lamento haber tenido tantas espectativas, mi recomendación no pierdan ni su tiempo ni su puntaje en el crédito por entrar alli. Probablemente en Fountain Mitsubishi creen que todos los que entran allí son ignorantes y no saben nada👎

It is a great example of a very good customer service all around in this dealership and the staff was particularly attentive and ready to help. Clearly, the staff was very focused and these were great examples of excellent service levels.
We come from Ormond Beach Fl to buy our Mitsubishi Outlander Sports we plan on coming back and buying a Outlander for my wife. We had great service and informed sale staff. We have sent our friends there.

Great customer service from A to Z. Ben Reyes took care of me and my car needs in professionally yet friendly way and telling me exactly what my car needs without going around the bushes. His attention and listening skills to his clients it was makes a smooth and pleasant experience in the service department and customer service they provided me. I hope to go there again soon for any of my car needs. They have a nice clean waiting area with coffee. Go and try it for yourself and don't just take my word for it.
