I found 2 hairs in my food. I politely told them and they said “ok”. Unfortunate. Wear a hair net please.
My family and I had dinner at the fountain my sons food had a dark hair in his food. I saw the cook who also had dark hair. I told them what happened and they gave me a run around about the situation. They did nothing to fix there problem. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would not recommend you eat there. I will not ever eat there again. Dirty gross kitchen, rude staff and horrible food.
Have absolutely loved their deluxe cheeseburger and fantastic coffee for the past 29 years!

My last visit I had my Grandkids with me. When I noticed the double stroller wouldn't fit, I called my order in, and let them know, I was outside and how long would it take. The employee came outside, got my money and then also brought my order to me!! Highly recommended, hamburger was awesome and customer service even better!!
Wonderful dinner tonight all our food was delicious and the service was GREAT!
Food was great. Big greasy burgers, yummy fries, decent shake. Customer service was incredibly lacking. There seems to be folks running it who are just miserable with life, because when you order you almost feel like your asking them a favor to make some overpriced food. Not sure if it will be a repeat visit. I'd rather drive out of my way to go to cheerful good ol County Burger.
