With Mindee Wetzel. SO DISAPPOINTED in The Fountain in Arlington. Not only was our order wrong, but upon returning my order, the Cook Lady actually Yelled at ME i. Front of customers eating in. She claimed that I Didn't Pay for Cheese on my Cheesburger! The Fountain Was My Favorite, I will Never give them another dime. The Fountain peeps are well known for poor customer service, but c'mon. Maybe you should change your name to Dicks!

Better ham..it was fried or grilled too long..it was black and had too much salt in the during. I had gone through the drive through, so I didn't know any of this until I got to the house. Very dissatisfied. The lady at the window was a sweetheart.

The burger patties are a joke for charging over $5 for a deluxe cheeseburger. I ordered clam strips today, I paid over $10, pretty par for the course for a clam strip dinner. I can't even tell you how mad I was when I got home all excited to eat my clam strips, opened the bag and you can see what I got in the attached photo. Went for the first time and food was good, service was fast and friendly. Milkshakes were great! Young lady at the register was friendly and kind. Would definitely go back again.
This is the second time I’ve been here in the last week. Horrible service both times. Today she didn’t hear us order half our order and acted like it was so hard to bring us our food when it was ready. Damn near every table in the place had plates, cups, and food all over it. People had to clean a table themselves to be able to sit down. Maybe they need some more workers, maybe the management is shitty. Either way this place won’t be doing very well if nothing changes.
