Luke is great! Very knowledgeable. Does not push unneeded parts or work. He is willing to explain. Doesn't push for a sale of a bike, he helps you make informed purchases.
We had a bit of a miscommunication about a bike, and Luke went way out of his way to make sure that we left happy. We could tell that our experience was important to him, which was nice to see. I definitely recommend including Fountain City Pedaler in your list of "go to" local bike shops.
Cannot recommend Luke highly enough. Not only does he provide excellent service, his work is always spot on, and he is a wealth of information. When we need something cycling taken care of, this is the place we go. We know we will always come away pleased.

We appreciate Luke at Fountain City Pedaler. As we began our search for new mountain bikes to help loose weight, get in to shape and have a family hobby, he answered all of our questions, never tried to upsale us, and in the end gave us a great deal on two Marin bikes. We could not be happier with the bikes. We highly recommend his shop.
