Been here for a year just now moved out. If I could give 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate one bit. Gate NEVER works. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. AC has been broken since moved in all they can offer is a window AC, no filter change, took 4 months to change light bulbs, hot water heater barely works and mold in laundry room, very loud neighbors, fireplace hasn’t worked since moved in , smells like weed 99% of time. They have shootings across the street constantly. There’s 3 curiosity officers living there and if they don’t me... read more
