Heed the warning from a current resident: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Absolute nightmare of a building and a horrendous excuse for a leasing office & management company. Worst building I have lived in after four years in DC.
If i could give zero stars i would. 4/17/26 - Adding a followup. Still terrible. Most businesses care about their reviews. You notice in the past they would followup and say something at least, some random throw away message that sounds vaguely plausible but dumb as hell when you think about it a second. That time has passed. Now they just dont care. Management is still terrible, if you live here you will still regret it. After they lock you in a lease they are done with you. But hey at least you get to deal with the teenage... read more
