Went for breakfast and was told the wait was 45 minutes. Got lucky with two bar seats opening in a matter of a few minutes. Breakfast was outstanding along with the bartender who waited on us.

The food and service is beyond excellent, a must when in town
Good service, nice ambience, mixed feelings regarding the food. Coffee was tepid at best, chicken and waffles were disappointing. Flavor was good but the portion of chicken were just three sad and soggy chicken tenders. No dark meat. Barely any crunch. Scrambled eggs were whatever. The beignets really saved the day. Cooked to order and AMAZING. Definitely worth coming for the beignets. Lot of love in those little guys. A shame there wasn't much love in anything else.

Excellent Food, attentive and competent service. Very nice location. Depending on your time, a reservation is greatly recommend.
Bananas Foster Waffle, Applewood Smoked Bacon, & Vanilla Soda = very satisfied. Would recommend making reservations because I'm certain it will be an hour wait or longer if you don't.
