Went here last night for the first time! The interior and concept is cute and comfortable. The food was pretty good, however (for us) there were some issues. As we walked to our table the floor was so sticky my flip flops kept getting stuck on the ground as a walked, ewwww!! Another issue we had was the fact that it was only 6pm on a Saturday evening and they "were out" of both an entree and desert we wanted! Bummer!!
My fiancee and I wanted someplace different to try in the GB/Annapolis area vs. the usual chain restaurants, and Founders caught our eye. The reviews were all excellent, so we stopped in for dinner on Saturday night. We will definitely be back. Everything was excellent. Food was fresh and tasty, and the young man who was our server was terrific. We both left satisfied and impressed, and in mutual agreement that this restaurant is a gem.
We love this restaurant. Fantastic food and great service. We enjoyed the beautiful day by eating our meal outside. The portion sizes are enough to share.
I have eaten here 5-6 times and have never had something I didn't like. The service is always fast and the food is excellent! The only complaint I have is that you should have corn on the cob everyday! My family is always so disappointed when it's not the vegetable of the day! Keep up the great work!
Went there last night. Great ambiance, great service and EXCELLENT food. I have not been able to find good fish tacos anywhere let alone with fish other than Tilipia. That search finally ended. Their fish (Cod) tacos are the best I've had hands down! Will be going back!
Every aspect of this unassuming tavern was exceptional. Food was freshly prepared and very good. Portions were generous. The server was very interactive and attentive to every detail. Once inside, it is easy to take yourself back in time to the colonial period. What i found to be fascinating was the fact that all artifacts in the tavern are directly related to colonial times in Maryland. Well worth tbe visit!

Had an enjoyable evening celebrating my birthday! Awesome job by Meg waiting on us making my evening very special. Loved the outdoor patio area with the delightful background music. Food and service was super. Never have a bad meal or bad service. It has become one of our go to places for dinner.
