Absolutely the most beautiful community around! The schools are equally matched with excellence. We have loved Founder's Point since it began construction. Now living here with the beautiful walking trails to the large community pool with swim team and the great monthly activities in the clubhouse (for both children and adults alike) it's no wonder it won the prestigious best community award!
Nice community with identical architectural guidelines as Eagle Harbor, however, Ryan Homes is now building in Eagle Harbor. I wonder when this will happen in your community since both are developed by East West!

Thank you for your kind words, but no, our architectural guidleines are not indentical at all. We do not allow vinyl siding as a primary siding for one (may be approved only in accent areas in some cases) and we require alot more on the exterior details and landscape requirements, for example. I'm sorry, but Ryan Homes is not one of our Preferred Builders and we are very happy with our ten custom builders.
