RecommendedAbsolutely love our home and neighborhood
We were some of the earliest residents and we have raised our two children in Founders Pointe. We couldn't be happier with the neighborhood. We have loved the pool, the walking trails and of course the beautiful pier. We have also been so thankful for the wonderful school system in Isle of Wight County! Our daughter graduated last year and our son will graduate next year. Founders Pointe has truly been a blessing!
The members of the HOA Board think they own the entire neighborhood. They don't abide by the HOA Bylaws. They make arbitrary rules without community input.
I love this neighborhood! It has a peaceful and calming atmosphere. The residents are friendly and kind to one another.
