DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! The building and apartments themselves are beautiful, but no one has taken care of the property in years and the common areas are DISGUSTING. Not to mention the issues with no locked entry way, back door kicked in, blood smears on the walls, etc. Also the entire building is INFESTED with fleas. Due to no one taking care of the building, they have bedded themselves in the wood. Multiple people have moved out due to how bad the fleas are and most of them didn’t even own animals.
Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Property management (Entrust) was horrible. Extremely dishonest and even predatory in their business practices. The building was never secured and was not kept clean. Common laundry area was disgusting and the machines often didn’t work. The ones that did work did not work well. The walls were super thin, so noise was a constant issue. You could also smell anything and everything from the apartments around you; from cooking food, to smoking, to pet odor. The apartment itself is huge, and is in an unbeatable location. They do not do any upkeep, however, and the weird half-height upstairs/lofted portion isn't really worth the price. Even people who are under 5'8 have trouble standing up straight up there. Let me recount a few other ways this place was overpriced and overrated: - Someone towed my car from the parking lot during my tenancy, and the office claimed there was nothing they could do even though I had the correct placard up for the lot. - They have a ridiculous policy... read more
- Towed my car from the parking lot while I was tenant and the office claimed there was nothing they could do - Maintenance man directly questioned ME about the fact that the building reeks of marijuana despite the fact that I could smell weed when I moved in. Never lived here but they had me towed while I was parked there for like an hour visiting a friend and it cost me upwards of 300 bucks. So don’t have your friends or family over, like ever. lol.
