This review is not based on services provided just the lack of communication with new patient inquiries. My partner was recommended to this practice and has tried to reach out multiple times via phone and online. She was contacted by a receptionist who proceeded to tell her to fill out the new patient paperwork online which my partner replied she already did prior to reaching out via phone. I’m incredibly grateful for Kristin Brown. From the very first appointment, she created a space where I felt truly heard and understood. Kristin listens with genuine care and never rushes through anything — she takes the time to explain, support, and guide in a way that feels both compassionate and professional. I’m truly thankful for Kristin and the positive impact she’s had on my mental health and overall well-being.

I was lucky enough to be able to experience my PMHNP clinicals at Foundations for Wellness, working with both Val and Kristen. I cannot say enough about my time there!! Over two semesters I learned and grew as a student, gaining the knowledge I needed to pass my boards after graduation. I feel so prepared starting my NP career because of Foundations for Wellness. I truly felt like a part of the FFW team throughout my two semesters and cannot recommend Val and her team enough to any student looking for clinical placements!

I have been seeing Valerie for a couple years now. I am so thankful to have found a Doctor who actually gives a damn and cares about her patients well being and ive been doing this for over 16 years now and finding a Doctor who truly cares is few and far between. Atleast in my experience. She is amazing as well as her entire staff at this office. I would highly recommend this office.
