i would NOT recommend. people who work in the document business and legal business should be meticulous. good spellers. good editing. proofreading. No Mistakes should be made !! this company was either lazy or sloppy. and our house is wrongly TITLED. shame that i am still trying to get it corrected 2.5 years later. EDIT: it is now 4 years. they still have not corrected THEIR mistake. i should sue them as it has impacted our home life. cannot participate in voting in HOA community cuz we are not on TITLE correctly.
