BakerÂ’s waterproofing company was professional, punctual and communicated well the job that was to be done. The job I had done had a few issues, but the supervisory skills of John ****** and Mike *** were exceptional in solving the issues. John moved the job along quickly and brought in the right workers to complete the job. Steve ******** came to view uneven cement on 2 areas of sidewalk leading to front porch. He was on time , even calling before to insure we would be available. He took his time viewing our issues and appears to have submitted an agreeable proposal.He was professional and an all around knowledgeable associate.

Tom B. was wonderful in so many ways. I needed a new dehumidifier for my encapsulated crawlspace. He showed up on time, had it on his truck and installed it same day. He had a great personality and was a joy to work with. Tarheel Basement does quality work!

Mitchell ******** came out to fix a leak in an evacuation pipe. Mitch diagnosed the issue quickly, informed me on how he was going to fix it and then allowed me to be part of the test procedure.
