Josiah and Derrick were very professional and took care to protect my flooring and furniture. They arrived promptly and were very courteous and pleasant. They took time to go over the installation and what I should expect to see over time. This is the second time I have used the company and will use them again and certainly recommend them to others.

The work was not done properly at installation. They are having to come back out to repair what was done. The additional sump pump was not properly installed so that it spits out water all over the floor. And the drainage in the yard was left in a mess rather than grated as promised. It is going to be over a week before the sump pump issue can be resolved and they are telling me over 6 weeks before the yard can be repaired properly. This is not at all what was promised and for almost *** acceptable.

Eric was awesome to work with. He was respectful, honest, and patient. Its difficult to make financial decisions on work that has to be done when your being pressured to make a decision. Eric gave me plenty of time to understand, ask questions, and allowed me to give him a hard time (joking). Josh, Ace and Adam did a great job with the installation of a sump pump system in our crawl space. Our salesman however gave us misleading information about their financing option through ********* installment loan with******* Bank. We were given a 6 month introductory period with a lower interest rate. The catch is that the introductory period starts the day the application is filled out. Our application is dated April, but AFS could not install the system until June. The first billing was in July. We have lost out on the a... read more

This issue was brought to their attention on July 10 and as of August 2 the management team has not responded.
Had some major basement work done to fix our bowing walls due to problems with the Everdry system Ohio Basement Authority did an awesome job. They were projected time to be 4 days to complete and we're done timely along with cleanup Kyle R, Ryan K, and Jake C were great with communications expectations and little extra work to help a customer. Highly recommend this company for any basement needs.

I have never had a more pleasant experience with a specialist from company trying to get my business. Codi was extremely professional, informative, friendly and above all, honest! Foundation Recovery Systems was smart to hire him. The visit did not result in any business from me but they earned a customer for life if I ever have issues that they can handle.
