Excellent company with top notch employee's. The two gentleman, Clif ******** and Adam ******* did a fantastic job and walked me through everything from A to Z! Good workers and a fine example to the company they represent. Baker's Waterproofing is my choice the next time I have an issue with my home.

Worst company ever! Called 1/26/22 for a wall attached to garage. L arrived and proceeded to go on. I told him my budget and he then said all this other was wrong, I didn't feel it was but wanted what I asked for first. Ist crew showed, people left, this crew kept saying how customers yelled at them etc., I can see why as one proudly told me how he went into a bedroom and had no right to do so. I had FSM do one wall of my basement a year ago, it went great. We decided to have the remaining 3 walls done this spring. A week prior to the work being done my family contracted Covid. I spoke 2 different times with the company informing them we had Covid, they claimed it wasn't a problem. I had to move a lot of things out of the way, but more importantly I needed to disconnect the main waterline from my pump to the well. Jaden and Randy at Complete Basement Systems did excellent work lifting/leveling our patio with polyurethane foam. Very thorough work and left the patio area looking tremendous! Highly recommend!
To start out I notified JES and a second local company. JES came out that week with a full quote, plus lots of pics from the crawl space. The quote was very reasonable for all the work they would perform. The local company didn't come out until the third week, the were professional not many pics, the inspector had to get back to me. After one week I got a call from the local company and was told that the job was not big enough and that they couldn't help me. Soo JES got my work.
