Mitchell ******** came to do a repair, to our wall and check the sump sump pump activity. He did the necessary repairs and gave a detailed analysis of how the system works. We decided to purchase a 5 year maintenance plan from him.

Just had Willie, Daun and Cously finish up the final visit and smooth out the dirt and lay grass seed. We had some piering done that really helped. Excellent job and everything looks great. Foundation Recovery Systems did a really nice job all the way around. Price was good and the follow up and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend them for anyone that needs work.

We had OhioBasement Authority install a sump pump today. They were courteous and knowledgeable and finished the install in a matter of hours. Thank you Austin for explaining the work required to correct the foundational work with piers in three places, total encapsulated crawl space, with sump pump and humidifier that would be required. The two different teams that came to the house were all professional, courtesy, and all hard workers. This has taken a great load off my mind with the professional knowledge and work done in a timely manner all within the time frame discussed. We had some work done to correct some seriously cracked walls, a leaky water main, and a cracked sump pump discharge line. The crew of Justin H. Brandon H. and Larry H. all did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend these guys! They explained what they were doing, put down plastic in our home to protect our carpet, cleaned up better than we had before they came. It's rained a few times since they did their work and it's dry as a bone in our basement.

Our experience with Ohio Basement Authority was amazing. From working with the initial inspector, Don we felt comfortable moving forward with repairs. Don H was very thorough and recommended certain repairs. The repair crew consisting of Nick F Zach H. and Jordan C did an incredible job as well.
