Ohio Basement Authority did an excellent job on our basement wall structural support and our crawlspace work. Francis came out for the initial quote and was extremely helpful through the whole process. On the day of the install Serg B, Tyler G, and Ivan B. did a great job on the install. They explained everything, answered any questions and they were very thorough with the cleanup. We would highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Crew worked hard all day and were very courteous and professional—I never even heard a curse word! For a 1925 house, it feels great after their work to level it as best they could. Entire process was handled very well—from initial inspection to leveling to financing. I highly recommend them!

Very professional, friendly and honest. We ran into some unforseen problems with our foundation and they were very honest with our options and how to fix it without putting any pressure on us. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
My experience with Ohio Basement Authority has been nothing but positive. The crew that arrived was so efficient and polite, working straight through until the work was done. Braydon D. was very professional and knowledgeable along with Zane P. and Jordan A. They arrived on time, went right to work, answered any questions I had, removed debris, and even cleaned up. Charged me no more than what was quoted. Nick, our initial contact was, also, professional and easy to work with. They did an expert job!

OBA Derrick P. And Jaylon C. are amazing installers for an egress window and I would recommend them to anyone. They were polite, professional, and made good conversation.
