Zach H., Will H. and Nick F. arrived right on schedule to reroute the drainage from a downspout on one corner of my home in order to solve the damp wall issue in that corner of the basement. They removed the sod first, did the work and replaced the sod. I was pleased with the work and it was good to meet this hard working courteous team! Thank you!

WOW ! I was blown away by the Professionalism, Expertise, Work Ethic, and Friendliness of the Team of Todd (Team leader) Ashley, Jalen, and Jason during the two days they were here to correct the damaged foundation of my home. As some with 28 years of Human Resources Management experience, I was particularly amazed by the way each member of the team worked effectively and efficiently without task supervision and in spite of 90+degree temperatures and high humidity. Work was done great. But the next day everything moved. I contacted my sales person. He said he would call it in. He checked back 6 days later to see if complete basement system had called me yet . And they haven't. It's now 3days later and still haven't heard bad. So my thoughts are good at taking payment for work , but not good at fixing problems. Make me wonder about there warranty services and if the paper it was printed on and played for is worth anything.
I was kind of nervous about my basement waterproofing project but thanks to Steven B., Daniel H., and Josiah C. the project couldn’t have been smoother. Arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. I will definitely call Ohio Basement Authority for all my basement needs. And I’ll tell my friends and family!

This morning a two man crew from the Lee's Summit, MO office came to do work for me. The crew was Danzel & Jeremiah and they did the polyurethane injection foam on our patio and driveway. It was amazing how well they did in getting those surfaces back into shape where it was originally. They also sealed cracks in the concrete where it was needed.
