They give an estimate for a job not needed by scaring homeowner .they wanted to add a support to 3/4 bend basement wall which no engineer or pro would recommend any work to the wall under 1 inch bend .

David **** was the lead foreman on the crew that waterproofed our basement this week. We have an old home, so we were a bit apprehensive about having this done. We shouldn't have worried! For this crew, nothing was a problem. They worked really hard, were so very professional, and also very neat. I had expected days with loud jackhammering, but was surprised at how quietly they were able to work. We are totally pleased with the outcome and will certainly recommend Bakers to our friends. I couldn’t be happier with the job Peak did at my home today. Eric and Tyler both were so conscientious about everything they did concerning my driveway, front step and several walkways. Ohio Basement Authority did a great job on our basement! Our inspection and quote was done by Andrew and he provided clear feedback of what the problem was and our available solutions and prices with no pressure or scare tactics. The work was done by foreman Atilio and crew Brayan and Jose. They were punctual, provided information before, during, and after the job. Their work and attitude were fantastic. Atilio, Brayan and Jose repaired a leaky crack on my basement, going above and beyond what I expected. The repair looks great was done in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend having this crew do work in your basement.
Great overall experience, project was completed in two days and they were very thorough on our walkthrough. Crew consisting of Zach H, Quandale L, Nick F, & Dan L deserve high recognition.
