I don't like to give any business a negative review but I feel this is one company that gives me no other choice. I called the company because my basement would flood whenever we had heavy rainfall. They came to check out my problem on Jan. 25,2020. They were to dig out the crawl space and install piping, gravel and sump pump. There would be a drain to pump the water outside into the yard. Lamont and Jermil installed a sump pump at our residence on May 12th. They completed the project on time and everything is working fine. They explained the general operation of the equipment and answered all of our questions. Job well done. Also, Jameson modified some drain tile so we could have a small patio. The Ohio Basement Authority did a great job installing a sump pump in my Mom's basement. A shout out to NICHOLAS H******* for answering all of our questions, addressing our concerns and explaining the process throughly. The job went very well! Andrew was very communicative and helpful in explaining everything that would be done and what the costs would be. José and his team were prompt, professional and worked incredibly hard in the rain to get the job done quickly. The yard looked great after they were finished as they excavated only what they needed and filled it in afterward. I am very pleased with every aspect of their work and would gladly hire them again.
