RecommendedI started coming to foundation physicians group in March of 2018 due to a car accident. From day one the staff here have become like family. The driver that came and picked me up to take me to my appointments and dropped me off. Even though it I was in alit of pain he always wished for a speedy recovery. The staff from the front all the way to the back really show you that they love what they do. I Thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart.
I was in alot of pain from my auto accident and feeling kinda down at not being able to do alot of things but thank goodness I was sent here to the foundation physicians group and had the pleasure of meeting with Joel Brock DNP and the staff. They have all been very nice and given me great customer service. I loved how Dr. Brock explained everything and that he was sincere in wanting me to get better. The level of professionalism and caring from the front office to the back office. I'm very impressed and I've been a patient for 11 months and have no complaints. Liz Vinton NP and Dr Eric Gioia are phenomenal !!
This place is a joke office staff is very unprofessional. The dr we were referred to was told ahead of time no back injections and that of course was the only thing he wanted to do. When we had side effects no one returned the call. The dr is very abrupt and horrible bedside manner. Because this was an auto accident we were herded around like cattle.
Dr Brock and his nurse are a wonderful team
On July 2 I had an appt - spent less than five min with the dr- I had no answers to any of my questions. I was duped- my first clue was I could not find the place because they did not have a sign or name posted. Someone was supposed to follow up with me but I heard nothing until I received a $1,369 bill after I had already paid $180. Today was an amazing experience from beginning to end!! Thank you Foundation Physicians Group for making this first time awesome. Went in for a PRP procedure and was nervous but the whole staff to the doctor made it phenomenal. Dr. Brock thank you for the amazing doctor you are and how comfortable you made me feel. The whole staff made me feel like “VIP” status.
Dr. Brock spends time with his patients and knows the nervous system inside and out and ties it well with orthopedic injuries. His knowledge is also really impressive as it relates to regenerative medicine for those that want to avoid or do not need surgery.
